The division is positioned within the real-economy digital infrastructure layer, focusing on digital authentication, cybersecurity platforms, data protection and privacy, and certified technology environments operating within regulated and high-reliability ecosystems.
Assets within this division underpin essential functions related to identity verification, access control, data integrity, regulatory compliance and digital risk mitigation. These activities are managed from a long-term structural perspective, with emphasis on durability, scalability, regulatory relevance and systemic importance.
Through its investee companies, the Group maintains in-house certification and assurance capabilities, delivering regulatory, cybersecurity and operational resilience certification services to banks, regulated financial institutions and large corporates. These capabilities include assurance frameworks such as DORA, NIS2 and ISAE, supporting compliance, audit preparedness and the validation of institutional control environments.
Alcral Technology, Authentication & Cybersecurity operates both as a standalone operating vertical and as a transversal capability across the Group, strengthening digital governance, security and operational resilience throughout Alcral AG Holding’s activities.
